I stayed for one night in a Double Room. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for getting a good night's sleep. The bed felt really comfortable. I appreciated the friendly staff who helped check me in smoothly. The location is quite central, close to the main attractions and convenient for my plans. there was no air conditioning, just a small window and a fan, which made the room quite warm. I noticed some noise from the street below, especially in the morning with street cleaning. The lack of dinner options on that particular night was disappointing since the restaurant wasn't open. I could have gone for a takeaway, but it would have been nice to have on-site dine-in options. Breakfast the next morning was decent, which helped start the day on a positive note.

Charming local market nearby, beautifully decorated bar area, technology-friendly accommodations
The noise from the street outside is a significant distraction during the night!!! Consider improving the soundproofing so guests can actually get a good night's sleep!!! The check-in process felt unorganized, which was an unwelcome start to my stay!!!

Solo traveler looking for a decent stay
The staff were really friendly and helpful, like a breath of fresh air in a sticky situation! I got a lovely large room that was clean and had fresh towels daily. When I walked in, the smell of cleanliness hit me like a bag of blue meth!
It wasn’t a bargain, just acceptable considering the overall experience.

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed exploring the old railway paths and visiting some local attractions. The hotel staff was friendly, and our double room was comfy. Just a heads-up, the car park is a short walk from the hotel, so plan accordingly!
The lift was out of order, which was a bit annoying, especially with luggage, but we managed alright.

We had a lovely time exploring Pontypridd, especially the nearby indoor market just a short walk away. The staff were so friendly, like Sophie, who helped us master the smart TV in our spacious room. The huge king bed was incredibly comfy, perfect for our family stay with two teens.
My kids wished there were more food options available on Sunday evenings.

The interior decor had a lovely Mediterranean feel that truly brightened my stay. I felt right at home. Plus, the open spaces made it easy to navigate, even for those less able.
Improve soundproofing for quieter nights.

Cozy stay with excellent location
Loved the huge room with a super comfy king bed and smart TV. The bathroom was really nice, too! Had some issues with the room temp since there was no AC. They had a decent bar area for drinks, but the staff wasn’t super attentive. All in all, fab spot in the city.
